Our program offers options for those who need help with their outstanding balances – including payment arrangements and referrals to local charitable organizations.

As part of our customer assistance efforts, our Good Neighbor Program, implemented in 1992, is a charitable contribution program designed to assist needy individuals in paying their water and sewer bills, and administered by the Spartanburg Salvation Army.

Customers can choose to make a one-time donation, or have a set donation amount each month added to their bill by calling our Customer Experience team.
Customers can also select to have their bill rounded up each month through our “Operation Round Up” initiative.
It's easy — we round up your water bill to the nearest dollar and donate the round up amount to our Good Neighbor Program, administered by The Salvation Army. Help local families who are experiencing financial hardship paying their water and sewer bill.
Customers can choose to make a one-time donation, a set amount each month, or to round up their bill each month in our Operation Round Up program.
