Customer Experience Representatives will work with anyone experiencing a valid hardship in paying a bill to make sure that water and sewer service is not disrupted.

Pay Online
Access Our Online Payment Portal
One-Time Payment: Make a one-time payment with your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card or debit card using your customer and account numbers. Please note there is a $3 service fee when paying with a card.
Recurring Credit Card Payment: Register your account online to sign up for an automatic draft from your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card or debit card. Please note there is a $3 service fee when paying with a card.
eBill Registration: Stop paper bills from piling up by registering online for eBill, the notification of future bills via e-mail only. Opt for eBills by registering your account online and then selecting the eBill option.
Online Bill Payment Through Your Bank: Combine your customer number and account number as a 12-digit entry (with no spaces or dashes) for the “account number” field when registering this payment method.

Phone Payments
Call our Automated Account Information Line at (844) 223-3041 to pay with your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit or debit card or your checking account information. Please note there is a $3 service fee when paying with a card.

Automatic Bank Draft
To sign-up at no cost for an automatic draft from your checking account:
1. Fill out the Automatic Draft Set-Up Form and attach a voided check.
You can pick one up by visiting one of our two, drive-thru lanes at our main Administration Building (200 Commerce St.) or download and print the form from our website.
2. Bring your completed form with voided check and drop-off at one of our two drive-thru lanes, or send it via mail:

After Hours/Night Deposit
You can drop your payment in our Night Deposit Box at the rear of the office.
Be sure to include your service address and account number with your payment.

Pay In Person
The main lobby is open to the public Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. The two drive-through lanes in the back of our building are open weekdays, 8 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
